My name is Caroline Serrano Lafontant and I am from San Juan, Puerto Rico. Specifically Cupey, I know the same as Tito Trinidad. I attended Manhattanville College in New York where I studied Digital Media.

After years of working in sales and the technology industry, I came back to my creative side. I did a Master’s in Strategic Design at Furman University and Miami Ad School. I have been working at JSD for a year and a half where I’ve had the privilege to create content for an array of clients, including the Puerto Rico Tourism Company, WindMar Home, and PRITS.

I thrive when I seek challenges and projects that put me on the spot and push me to learn new skills. My multidisciplinary background allows me to bring a new perspective to the table that takes all factors into account creatively. I want to continue working on teams that create innovative campaigns that connect with people to make them feel good and drive important cultural conversations.

That was deep. In my free time, I love to travel, visit museums and galleries, and eat delicious food. I enjoy listening to all types of music from Drake to Chopin and absolutely love Reality TV. I said what I said!
