In 2023 for the Young Lions Puerto Rico competition, we were presented with the task of enticing individuals back to the conventional workspace. While appreciating the benefits of the flexibility of the WFH lifestyle, we aim to deepen the concept of work-life satisfaction. Our research reveals that interaction with colleagues from various departments boosts creative thinking and problem-solving by up to 30%.

Think of the potentially lost innovations with dispersed teams. Imagine the groundbreaking ideas that could go unheard if everyone remained scattered. We drew inspiration from history-making teams like Steve Jobs and his Apple crew.
